	Italian Chocolate – Authentic chocolate cookies made just the way they've been done for generations. With each bite the rich taste of chocolate beckons you for more.			Triple Lemon – Not just one but THREE kinds of lemon are baked into these cookies to give you a burst of lemon flavor in each bite.
	Vanilla Pure – We use only the finest imported pure vanilla extract. Our vanilla is so smooth, you'll taste the difference.			Cherry Fruit & Nut – A mixture of Maraschino Cherries, dates and walnuts all come together in this perfectly pink cookie.
	Sliced Anise Cookie – These cookies take their flavor from the use of anise seeds and extract imparting a distinct licorice flavor, just enough to make you say mmm...			Fig & Date Filled – These bar shaped cookies are filled with a mixture of figs and dates with just a hint of orange to bring the flavors together. Just like the ones Mama use to make.
	Double Almond Bites – Almond dough is carefully hand wrapped around a perfect whole almond. Twice the flavor to tickle your tongue.			Almond Paste Macaroons – These are richly flavored, chewy cookies. Made traditionally and hand cranked through a cookie press.
